Shipping policy
SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS-
shipping is calculated based on location and also weight.
Depending on your postcode and if the parcel is over the standard Aus post limits we will contact you regarding additional shipping charges and will send you an invoice via email as required.
By using and purchasing from our website you agree to these terms & conditions.
Santa's Emporium wants you to recieve your purchased goods as quickly as possible and therefore we aim to dispatch all your purchases from our store within 1-2 buisness days, however please note that during busier periods this may take longer. We will however send you updates and you will require a notification once your order has been packaged & sent.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES-
Shipping times are approximately 2-10 buisness days, (this may vary depending on your location) excludes international shipping. Unfortunately these shipping times are only an estimate and we cannot guarantee shipping times as once packages are picked up it is out of our control. You will recieve a notification with a tracking number once your order has been marked as shipped.
We also have an express delivery option, this is the fastest option available, please see rates at checkout.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES-
Thank you for shopping with us here at Santa's Emporium.
Please note that we do not accept change of mind purchases, so please ensure you have read the item description and or size and are happy with your purchase before finalising your order.
We do offer free returns on any items/products that are faulty or don't work as they are intended to. A refund or exchange will be offered within the first 14 days from purchase. We will not cover any refund or exchanges due to mis-use, negligence or accidental damage.
Please also note that we have a strict 14 day return/refund policy, so if it has been more then 14 days since your purchase you will not be offered a refund/return/exchange of any kind. This also includes any purchases made outside of the christmas season, so please ensure you check/test them as soon as you recieve them to avoid any disappointment if your product/item is faulty.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
• purchased within the last 14 days
• Item/product is still in original packaging
• Item/product is unused and in the same condition as that you received it in
• receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return/refund
• Item or product was a full priced item at time of purchase (sale items cannot be returned or refunded)
• item/product is deemed as faulty from the manufacturer
EXEMPT PRODUCTS/ITEMS
• Sale items
• Gift Cards
• Any product or item that is returned after 14 days since date of purchase or delivery.

RETURN PROCESS
Unless deemed faulty, Santa's Emporium requires the product/item to be returned at the customer's expense
Once we have recieved your return and inspected the product we will notify you of the outcome and weather your return/refund is approved or rejected. If your return is approved you will recieve a refund of your shipping cost.
Refunds will be applied to your original payment method or credit card within 7 buisness days.
If your return/refund is rejected you will be responsible for return shipping cost and or collection of your product/item.
LATE REFUNDS
if it has been more then 7 days since we approved your refund and you have still not recieved your funds please contact us at Info@santasemporium.com.au
SHIPPING A RETURN-
• please note you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your purchase, we recommend to ship with tracking so you can ensure it reaches us as we will not take any responsibility for lost in transit items
•shipping costs are non refundable (unless item is deemed faulty) please note if you recieve a refund for a return the shipping cost will be excluded from your refund.
• please note we require your product for return before a replacement can be sent out.
HOW TO RETURN

• Ensure you include all relevant details including your name, order number, receipt or proof of purchase, photos & or description of faulty product or item. (Please allow 48-72hrs for us to get back to you)
• Please note we do require the product or item being returned first before a replacement can be sent out to you.
